Stay Positive, How do you do that during a time of crisis when so much news around us is focussed on the negative. During a crisis, such as the current pandemic, it is important that we maintain a sense of hope and a positive mindset. We will explore ways we can support ourselves as well as others in maintaining a sense of hope for the future. (Time 45 min)

Nature Therapy. Having contact with the natural environment is beneficial during any time of crisis. Niki will explore the nurturing and healing power of our natural elements and how accessing nature is possible for all, even at this challenging time of distancing during the current pandemic.
