Niki has vast experience advising on creating high quality play and learning environments in a variety of settings. This might involve setting up a bush school program, support in developing meaningful documentation throughout a setting, creating motivational indoor and outdoor spaces, motivational opportunities for young children, support in the role of the adult when working with children and many more.
During a consultation session Niki is available to support you and/or your team in any area of practice you would like her to be involved in. This could be supporting you in a particular area, such as documentation or your bush school program,.where you would meet for the initial visit and then together might work out a plan for the year focussing on this particular area. You might prefer her to focus on a number of different areas supporting for example the creation of a high quality play and learning environments indoors and outdoors. She would have an initial consultation with you/designated person to explore possible areas of concern and also visit the sites, then come up with an action plan for future visits.
Niki would give you verbal feedback, if you would like a detailed written report this would be included in the contracted hours
